We had a fantastic night on the dance floor and can highly recommend Dave’s Entertainment services. Very professional (contract arrangement), honoured our playlist which was important to us (even played my strange ‘Hoff’ request) and also he read the audience well to provide the right music for all. Impressive audio equipment, made use of his PA system and used an amazing lighting rig. Dave also handled an unforeseen problem (not his fault, venue’s mistake) swiftly without effecting our night. Great job Dave!

The service even before the night was fantastic, even so far as asking what type of music I wanted for the evening which was followed to the letter so that everyone danced from beginning to end. DJ was exceptional - never talkling over the music! He really got everyone going, sang on the karaoke to get people up, and seemed to enjoy the night as much as everyone else. He was also very funny. He was really accommodating to every song and karaoke request. The lights were great too. I'd definitely recommend Dave Pierce to all of my friends and family!

We got married in October at Samlesbury Hall and were worried about booking a DJ without a recommendation (we just found Dave Pierce on Google) but there was no need. The service was fantastic and we especially liked the sheet that was sent out before the wedding to state what type of music you liked and also what types of music you especially didn't want playing (we didn't want the usual wedding songs - Abba, Grease medley etc). Our music tastes are more indie and classic rock, so rest assured you will get the type of music you ask for - we had Metallica played and everyone loved it! We found the DJ to be unobtrusive and we were glad that he didn't talk over the music. Everyone has said what a brilliant time they had and we would have no hesitation in recommending Dave Pierce Entertainment.

3 weeks after our wedding and we're still buzzing from it! We keep remembering moments from the night do - including the dance off! Boys VS Girls (unfortunately the boys won) - this was totally impromptu but DJ Dave reacted brilliantly to hot the competition up and keep everyone pulling their best dance moves! We had a diverse request list (indie and cheesey pop) which was mixed in brilliantly with other songs chosen by the DJ. I especially loved the "what not to play" section on the form - this ensured that our wedding did not suffer from any cringe moments (we didn't want Macarana, Superman etc etc and this was kept to...) Guests have declared our wedding to be the best they've ever been to. We're majorly biased and of course we agree - but it wouldn't have been anything without Dave's ear for music and ability to fulfil all requests on the night! What's more - he was £155 cheaper than the venue quoted...what more can you want???!!! Thanks Dave!!!

I was very apprehensive about booking a DJ who I had never seen before for my wedding, however there was no need. Dave was absolutely fantastic and really made our wedding night! Everyone was up dancing and all everyone could talk about the next day was how good he was and the music he played was excellent!! I would not hesitate booking Dave or recommending him to anyone! DJ John arrived early for my husbands 65th and retirement party and the whole thing was really well organised. John felt like one of the family by the end of the evening and the choice of music was just right. I t was great to be able to list music I would like beforehand. He was sensitive to the older members of the group in that he said he would reduce the volume if necessary!. It wasn't. He played non stop and everyone had a great time, especially my husband.Great value for money.
