Pole Dancing parties - party sessions last approx 1-1/2 hours, include champagne reception, nibbles, party games then onto the chosen activity, Great fun for Hens, Birthdays, Girls nights out, Christmas Parties etc. Choose from Pole dancing, Burlesque, or Cheerleading. Pole dancing lessons improve muscle tone, strength& flexibility. 8 week courses available, the lessons incorporate, cardiovascular strength, flexibility, but most of all fun for everyone!

Party sessions last approx 1-1/2 hours, include champagne reception, nibbles, party games then onto the chosen activity, Pole dancing, Burlesque, Cheerleading or Zumba. You will be taught a series of tricks and poses and will be shown how to link them together into a routine. There will be photo opportunities throughout and at the end when you get a few minutes to freestyle with what you learnt at the session. Great fun for Hens, Birthdays, Girls nights out, Christmas Parties etc.

You can carry the theme through to your wedding day as we also provide, pole and burlesque entertainment at weddings and events.
