Trieddoing this so many times but my computer keeps freezing so i hope management see it!!! Back in March,I stayed in PI, waring street after a mixup with another hotel. Service from Rachel and Andrea was top class. They saved my life and went out of their way to help me. every other hotel i went to that day kept telling me sorry fully booked, etc. Excellent cust. service from, Hotel, Especially Rachel and Andrea!!!!!!!Hope management realise how vital there 2 girls would b 2 any business!!!!
