Just wanted to say we received great service from this company, our favours took around 10 days which was quicker than i thought they were great quality and I have recommended them to a few of my friends. I ordered DIY wedding favour boxes etc before my wedding. They arrived in plenty of time for my aunt in law to assemble and decorate for me. The website is great with lots of favours to choose from, furthermore I have been a guest at weddings where Caesars balloons have been used and they look fab. Claire, Lorraine and the rest of the team really care about their work and know what they are talking about.

Disgraceful service, I would highly recommend that you avoid. I placed an order for a table decoration, just the one to view before placing a larger order. I had to wait 5 weeks before a delivery was made, within this time I contacted them to ask when to expect delivery and I was ignored. When my order arrived it was smashed as it had been very badly packaged. Again I contacted them to ask about a refund and once again I've heard nothing. Really great for a small family run business!
