Gemma Sargent is an Edinburgh based designer dressmaker who specialises in providing a complete bespoke clothing design service. Working from her design studio within Arts Complex in the Meadowbank area of Edinburgh, Gemma and her team of design-assistants work closely with each client, listening to their inspirations and ideas and transforming them into unique, hand-made bespoke garments. Couture wedding gowns, bridesmaid dresses, mother of the bride/groom outfits, ball gowns, prom dresses and tailored jackets are just some of the garments that Gemma and her team are frequently asked to create.

Gemma Sargent also provides a specialist bridal-wear alteration and customisation service. From simple adjustments to the fit of your dress to completely restyling to transform it into the dress of your dreams, Gemma and her team provide a comprehensive range of services to suit your needs and will ensure that your garment fits perfectly once adjusted.

Coordinating items including boleros, stoles, sashes, veils and hair accessories, can also be designed and created to complement your outfit. Alternatively, such items can also be ordered from Euphyllia, a company who specialise in all types of wedding jewellery and accessories.

Gemma and Sam did an absolutely amazing job of making my wedding dress the best it could be. The time, commitment and creativity they provided was second to none. They are fabulous!!

Brilliant service from Gemma. I had alterations done to a dress I got made for my sons wedding in July 2015. There were so many problems with it I nearly gave up hope of ever being able to wear it. Gemma was fantastic, I couldn't believe the difference she made to the dress when I collected it. These girls are amazing xx

Royal Wedding William And Catherine Barbies Announced

One year after Barbie and Ken announced their reconciliation, Barbie celebrates the love of another iconic couple with the introduction of the William and Catherine Royal Wedding Giftset.

Available in April timed to their one year wedding anniversary, the gift set features the two wearing outfits inspired by their regal wedding day attire.

Barbie and Ken have had an on-off romantic relationship. A news release from Mattel in February 2004 announced that they had decided to split up, but in February 2006 they were hoping to rekindle their relationship after Ken had a makeover. They finally got back together last Valentine's Day with Barbie changing her facebook status to 'In a Relationship'.
