Amy Childs Turns Wedding Planner

Ex-The Only Way Is Essex star Amy Childs has turned wedding planner for a Liverpool couple’s big day.

Filmed for an episode of Channel 5’s Celebrity Wedding Planner the beautician organised the nuptials of Katie Williams, 28, and fiancé Marvin Thomas, 27.

Amy and her cousin Harry Derbidge, used a £12,000 budget to arrange everything from the dress, to transport and the venue.


Royal marine commando Marvin enjoyed a stag in Ibiza while Katie had an Essex-style hen party complete with fake tan, vajazzles and a night at the Sugar Hut.

She arranged a civil ceremony at the Isla Gladstone Conservatory for the couple and guests including their one-year-old son.

Marvin arrived at the venue in Anfield’s Stanley Park by helicopter while Katie travelled in an Aston Martin DB7.

The couple later enjoyed a horse and carriage ride to Chaophraya for an intimate dinner and drinks.
