According to The Sun, the Hollywood couple are now living together and trying to work through their marriage problems.
In August, a publicist for Zeta-Jones, 44, confirmed the couple had separated.
In a statement, they said the couple were "taking time apart" in order to "evaluate and work on their marriage".
Now, it has been claimed that the actress has moved back into the family home with the couple's two children.
She was also spotted at a New York charity gala over the weekend wearing her wedding ring again.
Recently, 69-year-old Douglas spoke at the Emmy Awards and admitted: "I'm very hopeful we're going to work things out."
The pair have been married for 13 years. They first met in France in 1998, before tying the knot in November 2000. They have two children together – Dylan, 13, and Carys, 10.
