The 30-year-old hub host is quoted by WalesOnline as saying he sees the offers of marriage as part of the fun when working on live television.
He did, however, admit that one of the proposals was from a mother asking if he would marry her daughter.
"The funniest thing I have ever been sent was a letter from a mum asking if I'd marry her daughter," he confessed. "It had a picture and her daughter's 'vital statistics' attached too!
"I do get marriage proposals. That happens a lot on Twitter. Guys and girls! It's fun."
Johnson previously dated 'The One Show' host Alex Jones for six years before they separated in 2009. Earlier this year, he was linked to Les Miserables' actress Samantha Barks, but the couple later split due to their busy work commitments.
