The Britain's Got Talent judge confirmed the news on her Twitter account today (7 October).
Dixon, who celebrates her 35th birthday today, said she and partner Azuka Ononye became parents last week.
She wrote: "Thank you for all of your lovely birthday messages! I've had the best present in the world.......
"My baby girl Azura Sienna was born last week!! I'm elated and over the moon :) x x x".
The singer confirmed her pregnancy in June, and while many of her fans took to Twitter to offer their congratulations, some commented on the 'quick arrival'.
She replied: "It seems quick because I was hiding it for so long!!! I was in my 6 month of pregnancy at the Britain's Got Talent final! :) xxx".
Dixon first met Ononye in 2006 when he performed as her back-up dancer, but it is thought the couple started getting closer after he helped her promote her third album, The Entertainer, in 2010.
Dixon was previously married MC Harvey in 2005, but the couple divorced after he had an affair with singer Javine Hylton.
