Kym Marsh has reportedly been dumped by her husband, Jamie Lomas, after she allegedly had an affair with one of her 'Coronation Street' co-stars.
According to The Sun, 37-year-old Marsh was allegedly seeing Oliver Mellor, who plays Mark Carter in the soap, for several months behind her husband's back.
It is understood they first got together around five months after Marsh married Lomas in September 2012.
A source is quoted by the Sunday Mirror newspaper as saying: "Kym has been having an affair since February and kept it a secret. Jamie found out a few days ago and is absolutely devastated.
"It was a bolt out of the blue. He doesn't think there is any opportunity for them to get back together. He's told her it's over."
The insider added: "For Jamie the worst part is that it all started while he was away in America trying to get jobs and bring in more money for the family.
"He is really worried about the kids and how they are feeling. He's not in a good place. He is furious.
"He is no angel but he can't believe she kept it a secret for such a long time."
It is thought Jamie is worried about the effect his partner's affair will have on their two-year-old daughter, Polly, as well as Marsh's other two children, David, 17, and 15-year-old Emily, from a previous relationship.
Last year, 33-year-old Jamie was also accused of cheating on his wife.
