The couple, who met when they were teenagers seven years ago at Kelly's nightclub in Portrush, tied the knot in front of their family and friends on Sunday.
They held a non-religious humanist service at The Old Inn in Crawfordsburn, Co Down.
The couple have a two-year-old daughter Carla, who also spoke at the end of the ceremony.
Frampton's best man for the wedding was dual Olympic medalist Paddy Barnes, while the groomsmen were Shane McGuigan and Jake McGuigan – who both work as part of his coaching and management team – and Carl's brother-in-law Ciaran Magennis. Former world champion Barry McGuigan was also in attendance.
Around 100 of the couple's close family and friends attended the ceremony which lasted around 15 minutes. A further 50 guests attended the evening reception.
