Speaking on This Morning, the mum-of-four also discussed her relationship with her new husband Kieran Hayler.
When asked by the hosts – Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford – how many more children she wanted, Price replied: "As many as my body can have, with caesareans. Maybe another four if I can."
Price is already a mum to 11-year-old Harvey from her relationship with footballer Dwight Yorke, eight-year-old Junior and six-year-old Princess from her marriage to Peter Andre, and baby Jett Riviera with Hayler.
When asked about Hayler, who is a part-time builder and part-time stripper, the 35-year-old revealed: "He said, 'Oh now I've got a baby I'll give it [stripping] up.' I said, 'No you're not, you do it on your Saturday night. Every man would love to be in that situation to stand there with all these women adoring him. It's a good little buzz for you.'"
She continued: "I'm the most jealous person ever but when I go and watch his show, the way it's done, the women can't touch him."
Price and Hayler married in the Bahamas in January 2013, just weeks after they started dating. In August, the former glamour model gave birth to her fourth child – Jett. He was born eight weeks premature by emergency caesarian.
