She told her followers: "Me and Craig are proud to announce we are having a little girl... A special Thankyou to @miracleprogress (sic)".
Bailey, 36, also uploaded a photo of her son, Tommy, frowning, and joked that he was not happy to hear he was going to have a baby sister.
The singer announced her surprise pregnancy news last month.
She and husband Craig are already parents to Brooke, eight, and five-year-old Tommy.
