The singer revealed the news on her Twitter and Instagram accounts on Wednesday evening, as she celebrated her fourth wedding anniversary with husband Swizz Beatz.
Keys, 33, posted a photo of the couple where her baby bump was visible under her dress. Accompanying the image was the caption: "Happy Anniversary to the love of my life @therealswizz! And to make it even sweeter we've been blessed with another angel on the way!
"You make me happier than I have ever known! Here's to many many more years of the best parts of life! (sic)".
Beatz, 35, returned the sentiments with the message: "Love is life & life is love and we're so excited for another GIFT from up above.
"Happy Anniversary my Goddess 4 years of greatness & cheers to 100 plus more inshallah @aliciakeys (sic)".
The couple first started dating in 2009, only confirming their engagement in May 2010. They also announced they were expecting their first child together. Keys and Beatz married on the French island of Corsica in July 2010 and that October, they welcomed a son called Egypt.
