It is the first time the actor, 54, has discussed his son. The little boy was born in September 2012, but details of the birth only emerged earlier this year when Grant added his name to the child's birth certificate.
It is the third child for the actor. He also has a young daughter and son with a Chinese actress named Tinglan Hong. His son with Ms Hong was born just three months after his child with Ms Eberstein.
Speaking to Swedish newspaper Nojesbladet, Grant said that while he is not in a romantic relationship with his son's mother, they all have a good relationship.
Referring to his son, who has not been named, he said: "[I see him] all the time, all the time - most days. I love him very much."
