Last month, it was announced that Ora, 23, was to join Wilson, Tom Jones and Will.I.Am as a coach on the television singing competition.
And according to The Mirror, the new addition hit it off with the Kaiser Chiefs frontman straightaway.
A source is quoted by the newspaper as saying: "It was very flirty, but to make sure it wasn't taken the wrong way he then kissed Tom Jones on the cheek too.
"They had a chat in between takes where they were holding on to each other's arms, too. They've clearly hit it off."
Ora was previously in a relationship with Sottish DJ Calvin Harris for around a year, but in June he took to Twitter to announce that the couple had ended their romance.
