David McIntosh is reportedly seeking compensation following his separation from Kelly Brook.
According to reports, the former Gladiators' star feels like he should be reimbursed for a number of expensive gifts he purchased for his ex-fiancée during their short-lived relationship.
A source is quoted by Closer magazine as saying: "David contacted Kelly last week and said he felt he was owed money after splashing out on so many expensive gifts for her, including several Chanel handbags, while they were together.
"He said he was happy for her to keep them, but he felt that he should be reimbursed for some of them. Kelly just laughed and told him he must be joking. She paid for plenty during their romance and doesn't feel she owes him a thing."
Brook, 34, and McIntosh, 28, first met at a New Year's Eve party in 2013. Following a whirlwind romance, they announced their engagement in March this year. They dated on-and-off ever since, but earlier this month Brook confirmed they had ended their relationship for good – with her ex allegedly finding out about the split in the media.
