According to the New York Post's Page Six, the couple will exchange vows next weekend (7-8 February) at the actor's private island in the Bahamas – the 45-acre Little Hall's Pond Cay island.
It is claimed just 50 guests will be in attendance for the ceremony.
The date is said to have been chosen due to a break in their busy careers.
A source is quoted by the publication as saying: "She's [Amber] filming a movie in London, and he's [Johnny] getting ready to film the next Pirates of the Caribbean in Australia. So this is the only time that everyone could get together."
Depp, 51, and 28-year-old Heard first met on the set of movie 'The Rum Diary' in 2011 and started dating the following year. They became engaged on Christmas Eve in 2013.
