Emmerdale Actress Opens Up About Miscarriages

Actress Adele Silva has opened up about her daughter following tragic miscarriages.

Adele lost three babies before giving birth to her daughter Sienna Evie three months ago.

Speaking to the Mirror she said: "When I first saw her, I just sobbed. Holding Sienna in my arms was amazing. I just never, ever thought we’d get there... I fell pregnant once a year for three years, and lost each baby.


"The last was the hardest because it was past three months and we thought it was safe. It was a day before our 12-week scan."

However, Adele gave birth to a healthy baby daughter.

She said: "I love being a mum, every day is such a big learning experience.

"But you don't have to give birth to be a mum. I think is an important message and the one I think I would say to anyone in the position that my character Angela is in."
