The pair previously presented The Xtra Factor together in 2012 and were often subject to relationship rumours due to their on-screen chemistry. They denied ever being romantically involved, but in a new interview with The Sun newspaper, X Factor creator Simon Cowell has said the pair "fancy" each other.
His comments come as Murs and Flack prepare to reunite to host the ITV talent show together later this year. Speaking to the publication, the 55-year-old said: "Olly and Caroline have great chemistry. I think he fancies her, or maybe the other way around actually."
He then added that he was just "kidding".
Murs is currently in a long-term relationship with Francesca Thomas. They met at V Festival in 2012. Flack, meanwhile, is reported to be back together with her ex-boyfriend Jack Street. The couple were spotted looking 'cozy' at Glastonbury last weekend.
