The couple, who are parents to eight-month-old daughter Wyatt, are thought to have married over the Fourth of July weekend.
According to People, the pair married in a secret ceremony.
A source was also quoted by New York Post's Page Six last Friday as saying the couple were due to marry. They claimed: "Details are being held close to the vest and were expected to go out to guests 24 hours or less before the wedding. It is going to be a very small and intimate affair with friends and family."
Kunis, 31, and Kutcher, 37, first met in 1998 on the set of That '70s Show, which ran until 2006. Following the end of Kutcher's six-year marriage to Demi Moore in November 2011, he and Kunis started dating in April 2012. The same year, he filed for divorce from Moore.
In February 2014, Kunis and Kutcher became engaged. They welcomed their first child together, a daughter named Wyatt, in October of that year.
