The former Steps singer is already a mum of two, but recently admitted that while she would love to add to her family, years of so-called 'yo-yo dieting' may have left her infertile.
Richards, 38, has once again lost weight and speaking to Essentials Magazine, revealed she is now a size 10. Opening up about her struggles with her weight and trying to conceive, the singer said: "I'm not sure if we will get pregnant naturally, but IVF doesn't feel like the right thing for us at the moment.
"I've always had crazy hormones and when you think what I've put my body through in the last 13 years of losing an gaining four to six stone at a time, it's just taken its toll.
"If it happens, it happens and if it doesn't, I've got a boy and a girl. I always wanted a little gang of kids, so another would have been the cherry on the cake, but I know I'm blessed with what I've got."
Richards and her husband, Reece Hill, have been married since November 2008. Their first child, a son named Charlie, was born in May 2007. Their daughter, Daisy, was born in December 2009.
