Caroline Flack has hit out at her ex-boyfriend Jack Street.
The 35-year-old, who is currently hosting The X Factor, is reported to have referred to the couple's relationship in her book 'Storm In A C Cup', which has been shared in The Sun newspaper.
The extract reads: "As it [relationship] started to fall apart, so did I."
The television presenter was referring to her time on talent show Strictly Come Dancing, when she forgot the dance moves she and her professional dance parter, Pasha Kovalev, had rehearsed for the quarter final because Street had suddenly called time on their 18-month romance.
However, she added: "Pasha understood. He knew the reason. My private life was in shreds."
She also hit out at her ex, saying: "He had seen me come back from losing Xtra Factor. Now I was finally finding my feet. I felt that he could at least have waited three weeks... and I wept."
Flack and Street separated last year following 18 months of dating. They were said to have reunited earlier this year after they were spotted together at Glastonbury, however, they later split again.
