Ronan Keating has apologised for cheating on his first wife, Yvonne Connolly.
In 2009, it was revealed that the Boyzone singer had been unfaithful to his long-time partner. He was alleged to have been having an affair with one of the group's backing dancers.
Despite Keating and Connolly trying to save their marriage, they later divorced.
Now, in an interview with The Telegraph, the 38-year-old has apologised for his previous behaviour. He is quoted as saying: "Nobody should have an affair. If you're man enough to have... to go home and say, 'Sorry, this isn't working anymore,' that's the ideal situation, isn't it?
"But we're weak," he added. "We don't do that. So yes, I hurt people and I am sorry for that hurt, but the outcome is I found Storm and I'm very grateful, but I'm saying I'm sorry."
Ronan and Yvonne were married for 17 years. Their divorce was finalised last year, four years after they first separated. They had three children together; Jack, 16, Missy, 14, and 10-year-old Ali.
