The former Hollyoaks' actress confirmed the news after undergoing a 4D scan.
Speaking to OK! magazine, the 23-year-old said: "I actually always thought I was having a boy. My mum, best friend, brother, aunt and two cousins came with me to the appointment.
"It was the weirdest and most amazing thing – even at this stage, our son looks just like Jeremy [her ex]. He's got his skinny long legs and big ears."
In her interview, the actress also admitted that she was tempted to send her ex a video of the scan, but his decision to have no involvement is his loss.
"I'd like to say [I cried] happy tears," she explained. "But they were tinged with some sadness because seeing my baby like that really made it hit home that I'm going to be a single mum. I was also a little sad because it's another milestone in the pregnancy that Jeremy has missed out on."
Davis and McConnell, started dating earlier this year after meeting on Celebrity Big Brother. However, over the course of their four-month relationship, the couple separated five times. They separated for good in May, and shortly afterwards, Davis revealed that she was pregnant with the couple's child – a claim McConnell has denied.
