The couple have made headlines due to their steamy antics in the house – despite Bear already being in a relationship.
On Friday evening, 12 August, Khan was eliminated from the house and in an interview today, 15 August, she has discussed the couple's romance, insisting that she didn't know her love interest was already taken.
Appearing on ITV's This Morning, she told the hosts: "I didn't know who Bear was when he went in there. I didn't know his background and stuff.
"The first kiss was a game of truth or dare. I didn't know about the girlfriend before that. And he kind of said it after at the dinner table around other people and I though, 'Wow, I didn't actually know this.'"
Despite then knowing this information, Khan and Bear were still seen to be kissing.
Host Ruth Langsford then asked if it hadn't put her off Bear because he was two-timing his then-girlfriend Lillie Lexie Gregg, to which the 25-year-old admitted: "I did think that. He said he'd made a decision he didn't want to be with her anymore and he obviously couldn't get out to tell her but he wanted it to be known he was moving on and didn't want to be with her."
Khan added that she and Bear also plan to meet up once he leaves the CBB house.
"We have plans," she said. "He did ask me to wait for him and he said if he went [during Friday's eviction] he would wait for me. And he said we'd go away for a few days when he gets out and just talk."
Prior to entering the CBB house, Bear was in a relationship with his former Ex On The Beach co-star Lillie after they met and hit it off on the reality television show earlier this year. Following Bear's behaviour in the house, however, Lillie confirmed the couple's romance was over.
