The pair are believed to have fallen out last year at the christening of Samia's son Yves, according to The Sun.
However, after a huge argument two months ago the publication said Samia gave her mother Patsy an ultimatum about whether or nor she wanted to go to the wedding.
Patsy and her brother Tariq confirmed to The Sun that they did not attend the wedding.
The pair got married at Delamere Manor in Cheshire and was featured in OK! Magazine.
