She already has five-year-old son Flynn with her ex-husband Orlando Bloom but said she is "definitely open to the possibility of having more".
Speaking to the Daily Telegraph, she said: "I am very content with just having one child, but I am definitely open to the possibility of having more.
"Flynn will often say, 'My friends have brothers or sisters, will I have a brother or sister one day?' I say, 'Maybe, honey.'"
Kerr is currently engaged to Evan Spiegel.
