The couple married in secret in 2011, but announced their separation in 2013. It is understood they remained friends following their split, but in August of this year they sparked rumours that they were back together after they were spotted kissing. At the time, they said they were just friends, but last weekend they were pictured leaving Campbell's final West End show of Funny Girl in London.
Speaking to MailOnline, the 36-year-old has now confirmed the couple are back together.
He said: "We are very happy together."
A representative for the couple added: "After a period of separation, the couple are still legally married, as they didn't file the final paperwork necessary to complete divorce proceedings. There will be no further comment at this time."
