The TOWIE star was appearing on ITV's Lorraine on Friday when she made a snide comment towards her former partner.
Arg is due to appear on a Celebrity edition of television dating show Take Me Out and asked about what advice to the woman that he chooses to go on a date with, Bright commented: "I think any advice I'd give to the girls that are going to Fernando's with him, just feed him. Just give him some food and he'll be in love with you forever."
She then added: "I'm sure he serenaded the girls with his singing."
Arg has previously struggled with weight issues.
Lydia and Arg dated on and off for a number of years before finally calling time on their romance last year.
