The 'mummy blogger', who often sparks controversy with her honest opinions on topics, announced the news on Facebook. Alongside a photograph of her fiancé, she shared: "Guys... the commune is welcoming another baby. We have no idea how it slipped through...
"We actually have no idea how this baby slipped through. But it did."
The 34-year-old added that she is yet to go "to the doctor or anything", but guesses that she is around eight weeks into the pregnancy.
Hall continued to address her pregnancy, but her choice of words led many to hit out at the blogger.
She wrote: "We are not ready for this and I am petrified, babies terrify me, but are we happy? Pigs in sh**. Well... I'm hormonal, I considered having an abortion this morning because Densy slept in.
"However I love this m*****f*****, with every inch of my bloated body, we are our kids biggest fans and we don't see the harm in putting a new little soul right in the middle of it all.
"Expect complaining... a lot of complaining. Baby number 7 is due sometime around June."
This will be Hall's fifth child, but her fiancé – Denim Cooke – is a father of two from a previous marriage. Hall and Cook became engaged in June of this year, just months after the former separated from her husband.
