The birth comes after Hayley opened up on her battle with endometriosis.
Announcing the news on Instagram, the 39-year-old shared an intimate snap, in which she can be seen smiling from the operating table as proud dad Kirk holds up their firstborn. A second image shows the new parents cradling their bundle of joy.
Hayley wrote alongside the post: "The September baby that kept us waiting until October 3rd. She arrived just in time for lunch, wide eyed, inquisitive & looks just like her daddy @kirknewmann & a healthy 8lb 2oz."
And the pair have chosen to name their daughter Ayla, which the proud mum says pays tribute to both her Scottish and Turkish roots.
"Completely besotted beyond words and feel utterly blessed," she continued.
"Ayla is a feminine given name in Turkish and Scottish.
"In Turkish, it means 'halo of light around the moon'. The Scottish translation is a variant of Aila or Isla meaning 'from a strong and resilient place'."
