It's not just the bride's heart that goes a flutter on her wedding day, there is a growing trend in celebrity wedding bets.
Rumours that Poker Face singer Lady Gaga is set to marry on/off musician beau, Luc Carl has sent the gambling industry into a spin.
Bookie Paddy Power are in on the love game with bets based on the singer's nuptials.
"We're not sure if Lady Gaga is engaged but there has been many reports in Irish media that she is. If there is a wedding looming there'll be lots of interest in her wedding dress as she's a style icon," Paddy Power spokeswoman Sharon McHugh said.
"There's definitely a growing tend for betting on celebrity weddings. This is thanks largely to Prince William and Kate Middleton's wedding which had worldwide interest," she continued.
Other weddings people have bet on include Brian O'Driscoll (Ireland rugby captain) and Amy Huberman, Zara Phillips & Mike Tindall, Katie Price & Peter Andre and Kate Moss' wedding.
You can bet on anything from the dress designer, colour of the gown, who will be the best man and maid of honour to what the wedding song will be.
"Bets even including future divorce odds. A lot of celebrity weddings don't last very long, lets face it," Sharon added.
