The wedding day of teenage brides Sian Powers and Sophie Webster takes a dramatic turn when Sian discovers that Sophie has cheated on her and a fast paced chase scene unfolds.
The characters played by Sacha Parkinson and Brooke Vincent sport matching meringue dresses which they can barely contain as one flees from the church leaving the other to desperately chase after her.
Viewers watched in October as Sophie popped the question to Sian with the dramatic irony of knowing guilt was her motivator as she had kissed rebellious Amber Kalirai, portrayed by Nikki Patel, during a night out.
The girls tweeted about their day, with Sacha saying: 'In the church filming the wedding! Awwww! My last block is proving to be very emotional! #9Days #CoronationStreet!'
