"We're going to get married. I know they said we had broken up. We're never broken up," the singer told Access Hollywood.
"We're still here, but we're very busy people. He's always on the road, I'm always on the road.
"We are together, we just do it at home in Chicago. That's our meeting place… Our wedding will be at home in Chicago, with family."
Hudson and Otunga were engaged in 2008. They have a two year old son together.
