NJ Marriage License Update Proposed

Wedding tourism in New Jersey could be given a boost will the elimination of a 72 hour waiting period before a couple can seek a marriage license.

Assemblyman Louis Greenwald and state Sen. Nicholas Scutari, D-Linden, want to update the 1934 law to give the American state a competitive edge.
