The couple who have been together for eight years said the split is amicable.
"Very sadly, after eight years together, myself and Dave decided to separate a few months ago. I wish him nothing but the best in life, " Heidi tweeted.
A spokesperson for Dave commented: "Dave Berry announced today that his engagement to partner Heidi Range has been broken off. Mr Berry announced the news today although the couple agreed to separate in the autumn.
"The split is amicable and no third parties are involved and he will make no further statement on the issue."
The pair got engaged during a holiday in India in 2009. They had planned to tie the knot in 2012.
