The star, who wed writer beau Lauren Miller last October, refused to make her sign an agreement for the sake of romance.
"If I lose millions, then it'll be the best millions I've spent," he told US Weekly.
He told the magazine that since tying the knot he has changed for the better.
"I talk much quieter and don't interrupt as much," he said. "But I'm cleaner than she is. I'd like to say she taught me to tidy up, but that's been the exact opposite."
The 50/50 actor got married in Sonoma, Californa, overlooking a vineyard.
The Jewish ceremony was officiated by a female rabbi.
Celebrity guests in attendance included 'Knocked Up' director Judd Apatow, his actress wife Leslie Mann and 'The Office' star Craig Robinson.
The newly weds then drove off to their reception in a convertible.
"The wedding was more laughs than anything else," a source told US Weekly at the time. "Every other line was a joke and the crowd couldn't contain their laughter. It was nonstop fun!"
