Newlywed Kristy Cadman-Jones, 27, was enjoying a month-long trip to Cambodia with new hubby Damian, 30 when she became unwell.
The pair who married last July had waited six months to take the dream South-East Asia trip.
Kirsty, who lived with Damian in Broughton Astley, died on January 8th.
A statement from Kirsty's family read: "We are devastated by the loss of Kristy who passed away on her honeymoon in Cambodia at the tender age of 27 after heart and cardiovascular system arrest.
"Kristy was a warm, loving and generous young woman with her whole life ahead of her."
Valerie Cadman-Jones, the bride's mother-in-law, posted on Facebook: "To all that knew my wonderful daughter-in-law, she will be greatly missed."
