Extra-marital dating site Ashleymadison.com polled 25,000 of their users to come up with a list of celebs they would offer a 'hall pass' to and the newly single pop star topped the list.
Good girl gone bad singer Rihanna came second followed by Mila Kunis, Salma Hayek, Jennifer Aniston, Scarlett Johansson, Sofia Vergara, Blake Lively, Kim Kardashian and Sarah Palin.
Noel Biderman, the founder of the controversial website, said: "Our annual Celebrity Hall Pass survey reflects how the revolving door of celebrity infidelity has trickled down to reach every day Americans.
"Celebrity cheating in the news has encouraged these conversations to take place and these days partners actually do give their spouse permission to have a Celebrity Hall Pass."
