The pair said 'I do' in between snow showers at the Swan Hotel near Wells Cathedral on Saturday afternoon.
Around 30 guests gathered for the occasion.
The 38-year-old actor, who appears in the national BT adverts, began dating Hannah in 2010. They have been engaged since November last year.
Onlooker Alyson Gough told The Daily Mail: "It was a small and intimate ceremony in the garden room - which is away from the rest of the hotel.
"The hotel's other guests may not have been aware there was a wedding on. The couple had their wedding and reception here. I don't know if or where they went on honeymoon afterwards.
"It was only a small affair - there weren't too many guests. I managed to get close enough to get a couple of snaps. I suspect if there had been more guests I wouldn't have been able to get so close."
