Increase In Men Waiting For Their Girlfriend To Propose

One in four women in a relationship would consider proposing, with nine in 10 men wanting girlfriends to do so, a new study has revealed.

The survey by TGI Friday revealed that woman are changing the dating landscape.

Multi-dating is on the increase with a quarter of women admitting to seeing three or more men at the same time. Plus the average single lady goes out with five men a year.

Just 18% of females expect the guy to pay for date nights and half the men think a woman should contribute or pay their share.

A third of women believe traditional rules no longer apply with a quarter asking the man out instead of waiting for him to make the move.

The study by TGI Friday showed the average single female dates five men a year.

Karen Forrester, managing director of restaurant chain TGI Friday, told The Daily Express: "The dating landscape has definitely changed."
