They thanked fans for their congratulations on Twitter.
Victoria, 38, tweeted "I'm very happy".
Mitchell, 37, wrote: "Having received so many lovely messages today, I'm finally coming round to the internet.
"Thank you all. I'm incredibly happy."
The couple began dating in 2010.
