The reality star, 26, who already has a two-year-old son Hank Jr recently revealed she suffered post-partum depression after given birth.
Former Playboy playmate Kendra said the only thing holding her back from having a second child with husband Hank Baskett was the emotional breakdown and the weight gain.
"I was living under a grey cloud, and lost who I was," she told In Touch.
"It took me two years to not only get my body back, but to feel like myself again."
