Dylan and Ceri Jones were married at Bethel Chapel, Talybont, by Rev Richard Lewis the day after they had planned due to the water damage in the area.
The groom, who is the brother of Wales rugby prop Rhodri Jones, who is currently on tour in Oz, were forced to make frantic changes to arrangements.
Mair and Trevor Jones spoke of their relief that the wedding went ahead.
