The pair were spotted holding hands recently but Louise said on Wednesday: "Nothing is official yet. We are still officially good friends."
But she then admitted: "Things are definitely heating up between us. We are spending a lot of time together while filming the next series of Made in Chelsea and we are flirting a lot. The old flame is being rekindled."
Louise and Spencer first got together in a summer fling four years ago and have had an on-off relationship since.
They recently spent a lot of time apart while Spencer filmed The Bachelor, a Channel 5 show that required him to be single and dating.
But the girl he was paired with, Khloe Evans, was later spotted kissing Tom Pearce from rival show The Only Way Is Essex, and their relationship ended.
