The singer is due to marry Ms Biel in Italy this week.
A source told The Sun newspaper that the former N-Sync member has been preparing a dance routine to his previous group’s song "It’s Gonna Be Me".
"Justin has been working on this for months," the source told the newspaper.
"Jessica used to love the track growing up and he wants it as a special treat.
"It will be very much tongue-in-cheek. There will be loads of exaggerated boy band moves and poses. She's going to love it."
The couple got engaged in December last year following a five-year relationship.
Now reports have emerged that the couple's wedding day will be taking place this week.
Sources told the New York Post they have chosen a town near Naples for the ceremony, in a location that "means a lot to both of them".
"The wedding is happening outside of Naples in a tiny town this week. It is their favourite place, a location that is very special to them. There will be a few hundred guests, and the maid of honour will be Jessica's long-time best friend, Lindsay Ratowsky," the source told the New York Post.
"A private plane was flown out of New York to take guests to Italy including both their publicists. But the event has been shrouded in a lot of secrecy, and not even the guests were told the exact location or day of the wedding before they left."
