Speaking to presenters Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes on ITV1's This Morning she said: "It's like saying, I've been through hell and back and I feel like I'm in that hell now.
"I know I can see the future and I will be happy again, but right now, things are really tough."
Chantelle gave birth to baby Dolly 4 months ago, however she said that the pair will never reconcile.
She said: "Me and Alex have split and what's done is done and there isn't any way back, I've just got to get on with my future now and move forward.
"I was pregnant and there was stuff going on, and there was a massive build-up and there were final nails in the coffin and there isn't anyway going back.
"There's things about Alex that I didn't know when I first met him and he wasn't the person that I met, he didn't turn into the person I met at the beginning, he was a different person."

Chantelle Houghton has broken down on live TV and admitted she is going through hell after she split from cage fighter Alex Reid.Speaking to presenters Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes on ITV1's This Morning she said: "It's like saying, I've been through hell and back and I feel like I'm in that hell now.
