The E! Channel star is currently dating Matthew Mosshart, 28, a vegan chef and the brother of Allison Mosshart of the band The Kills.
The star, who received the Ultimate Style Icon award at the Cosmopolitan Ultimate Women of the Year Awards at the Victoria & Albert Museum in London earlier this week, told The Telegraph: "Matthew’s taught me what love really is."
The pair met during the 2011 wedding of Kate Moss and The Kills guitarist Jamie Hince.
