The former I’m A Celebrity winner, who will marry fiancé Aaron Barnham soon, has been balancing organising the big day around motherhood and a busy work schedule.
Stacey, who has a five month old son with Aaron, and five-year-old Zachary to a previous partner, told the Express: "I so badly want to get married.
"Ideally it’ll happen next year [but] organising it is tougher than I thought.
"I thought I’d just need a venue, people and a dress.But then there’s bridesmaids, invitations, everything. I need to sit down and find a friend who can help me and really get started."
Aaron is doing very little to help plan the event, Stacey told the paper: "I just need to tell him where and when and get him a suit and he’ll be there. He’ll just go along with a wedding next year if I plan it."
